Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to purchases of digital music downloads through the Jack Cole & Nora Cain website.

The contract covers the purchase of digital music files. Where stated for a song, you will receive access to the available download formats, including MP3 and WAV, after successful payment.

Displaying songs in the shop is not a binding offer; it is an invitation to place an order.

By clicking a button to place a paid order, you submit a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract.

The contract is formed when we accept your order by processing payment and providing the downloads or confirming the order.

All prices shown are final prices in euros. No VAT is charged or separately stated under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG).

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. PayPal and card payments via Stripe are planned.

Purchased files are generally made available through time-limited download links immediately after successful payment.

You are responsible for downloading and securely storing the files before the links expire.

Downloads are for private use only unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Sharing, public distribution, commercial use, or resale of the files is not permitted without express consent.

Statutory warranty rights apply.

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details, including when that right expires for digital content, are set out in our Cancellation Policy.
